Victoria Baxter, Senior Vice President
Victoria creates strategic communications plans and public education programs for nonprofit and foundation clients. She has more than 12 years of experience in creating integrated communications plans on a wide range of issues, including global health, foreign policy and U.S-U.N. relations, microfinance, sustainable travel and access to family planning. Before joining Powell Tate, Victoria served as deputy director of communications and public affairs for the United Nations Foundation. Prior to that, she was a senior program associate for the Science and Human Rights Program of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
